Well, we’ve got a recipe for you that mimics a Banh Mi, and it’s super simple to make. Cook up some sausage as your protein, add it to bread, then top with fresh veggies for a refreshingly delicious meal that’s on the table in minutes!
Ingredients:
5 Johnsonville Original Brats
5 French sandwich rolls, sliced in half
Matchstick carrots
Cucumbers, sliced
Cabbage, thinly sliced
Cilantro
Chipotle Lime dressing
Mayo
Directions:
1. Brown the Johnsonville Brats until cooked through.
2. While the sausage is browning, spread a thin layer of mayo on the inside of the bread.
3. Once the sausage is cooked, slice thinly and place pieces of sausage on bread.
4. Top with fresh veggies and cilantro. Enjoy immediately with more chipotle lime mayo for dipping.
