As part of FOTOFEST 2016, the Russian Cultural Center “Our Texas” opens the exhibit “Veil”: photographic collages by Catherine Bubnova, an art historian and artist working with new media: photography, digital collages, and spatial installations of contemporary materials. The color palette of Bubnova’s photographic collages is rich and expressive. Complex, wrapped into the excuses from the basic plot, her collages are all about personal freedom, about space of memory, which is beyond control in its flow.
