Harvest Green and local chefs will team up for a display of culinary creativity during the community's Chef Showcase, noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, February 25th.
Multiple area chefs will put their farm-to-table chops to the test, using fresh seasonal produce to create an array of menu items at the Fort Bend community's Village Farm, 602 Vineyard Hollow Court. Guests will be able to purchase tickets entitling them to a fully prepared meal and several small plates. In addition, the event will feature live music, cooking demonstrations, a farmers market, a "kids can cook" tent and farm tours. Craft beer and wine also will be available. Admission is free.
