Mark Your Calendar for This Live Performance of Animal Farm

The University of Houston School of Theatre & Dance presents “Animal Farm.” George Orwell’s classic satirical novel of the events surrounding the Russian Revolution of 1917 comes to life in this musical adaptation by Sir Peter Hall, founder of the Royal Shakespeare Company. In this imaginative story of barnyard revolution, the animals, looking for a better life, take control from the interfering farmer. Their quest for this new life soon leads them to establish a totalitarian microcosm in which some animals are far more equal than others.
