This Saturday, Houston Construction Industry Charities will host its eighth annual fundraising extravaganza, the Guitars N' Cars Auto Show. This family event celebrates classic cars, vintage guitars, live music and most importantly, our veterans, with funds raised once again benefitting U.S. VETS-Houston.
The Guitars N' Cars Auto Show will showcase American classics, exotics, hot rods, muscle machines, cars, trucks, and motorcycles galore.
Houston Construction Industry Charities' mission is to unite our industry in giving back to our community. HCIC was founded in 2012 after the success of the 2011 auto show. HCIC now consists of volunteers across all industries united in one cause, giving back to our community.
HCIC is currently dedicated to helping the U.S. Vets program, mainly focusing on the Houston Midtown Terrace Facility. HCIC raised over $1,000,000 in goods, services, and monetary donations to construct a state of the art commercial kitchen. This kitchen allows our veterans living at the Midtown Terrace facility to have a warm meal, learn job skills and potentially to create sustainability programs.
Tickets to the Guitars N’ Cars Auto Show are only 10 dollars for adults and 5 dollars for children aged 13 and under. Show your family and friends a great time and check out this fundraising auto show!
