Enclave at woodbrige is really nice place. Very convenient location, bid grossery store Kroger is withing walking distance. Very good price for this level of service. Now Management Company provides big maintenance and it looks great. Very good place for living with children - they have own playground, amazing swimming pool and very friendly neighbors with kids. Apartments are not very new, but property management react very quickly for any request about maintenance. Generally, this place is very nice, green and has very private atmosphere.

Have lived at the Enclave for nearly a year now. Will have to relocate soon due to a new job. Nonetheless this is a smooth running complex, management is great, and our maintenance team is too. It takes a lot to run an apartment complex, but the enclave at Woodbridge is doing things just right. Would definitely stay if it weren’t for my commute.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex. Having lived in a few different ones in Sugar Land I can say this is the best one I've lived at. The staff are friendly and helpful. The staff respond quickly and efficiently to any maintenance requests. The online portal is very useful and easy to use. I was also always notified via email of any major repairs happening in the complex. No place is perfect but this place comes pretty darn close. It I didn't have to relocate for my job, I would DEFINITELY renew.
Aside from the gate being broken from time to time I really have no complaints. It's a quiet apartment complex in a great location.
